Version of Python Gstreamer bindings

Asked by spupy

Hi,
I'm using Gentoo. Alarm-Clock compiled OK. When i try to run it, it says Python Gstreamer bindings are missing. I downloaded and installed gst-python from here:
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/gst-python/
the last version - 0.10.11
Still I can't start Alarm-Clock because "Missing GStreamer Python bindings!"
Did I download the correct Python gst bindings, and the corect version?

Thanks for your answer!

A restart or something fixed it. Everything is working OK now. The program is great! :)

Alarm Clock just needs Python GStreamer modules to be available via import function. Your Python installation needs to see it. And I'm very glad you like it:)
