forgot my audenthikate password to instal up-dates

when i want to update i have to audenthicate so with a password bud i forgot my password please help me out how to fixx this

This PC install service Ubuntu 13.04, but forgotting take me. I;m go to service, but not help and return money. I"m can't registration Ubuntu one or update this version or upgrade.
