All tasks just disappeared

I just went to add a task to my list and all my prior tasks were gone.
I'm out of the country and have been on airplane mode for three days.
I'm not getting any updates so that can't be it.

Does anyone have any ideas of what would clear all my tasks?

I would try two things:

1. Make sure you're not viewing only tasks with a specific tag
2. Go to the menu, Display, and select "Show Completed" and "Show Hidden". Do you see any tasks?

Please let me know what happens.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for your reply.
I am not in a sorted/or filtered view. I have no tags.
I've only had the phone a little over three weeks so I have only had about 5 tasks.

As I've mentioned, I haven't installed anything new, and since I've been out of the country, I am in airplane mode and have not had any other app or OS updates.

Any other ideas?

I can't imagine what could cause these tasks to disappear. I just want to confirm that when you click Menu => Sort/Filters, and make sure Hidden and Completed tasks are both CHECKED, the top of the screen says "Astrid: 0 / 0 Active".

If that's the case, I can only say that no one else has encountered this issue before, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I can't explain what's happend =/

Hi Tim,

That is correct. When both Hidden and Completed are checked, there are 0 tasks.

It's ok that there is no answer. Software can be all sorts of tricky sometimes, and sometimes things just happen for no reason.
I appreciate your help.

This still is a great app and I will continue to use it regularly.
