No vibrate notification option

Have you tried to set your notifictaion rington in Astrid to "Silent" in
the settings menu? this way Astrid only provides a vibration with no
ring when tasks are due.

Yes, I've tried that and it still does not vibrate on notification. Any
other suggestions?

So let me clarify - no matter if you choose a ringtone or not, the phone
doesn't vibrate when you get a reminder? Can you check to make sure your
phone is not on "silent"? Astrid is supposed to vibrate your phone when
you get a reminder.

That's correct. Ringtone selected gives just tone, no vib. Silent selected
for tone gives just the message in the notification bar. The phone setting
is not set to silent. Even if I do set it to silent, no vib alert on astrid.
All other apps vibs correctly.
