globally change the width of font

Hello,
for the moment I can only change the font for a note and I have to do it for every notes
I don't find the way to change the setting globally
my default setting is "Noto Sans 10"
I have Basket 2.10-beta on KDE 4.14.38
kubuntu 18.04
