My Android EPAD can not log in and start up , only it shows the sign of android and can not move on , pls give me the solution , may be it need boot program ? or format ? how ? Thanks

My ePAD android os 2.2 , can not start log in OS , when i press the power botton it shows only the picture ( signal ) of android without moving , what can i do : i need boot CD for android os 2.2 , also the windows of android os 2.2 for formatting , who can help me and direct me to the site of download ? thanks

please can you run Boot-Repair ,click the "Create Boot-Info summary" and indicate the URL (or content of file) that will appear ?
