Bazaar Explorer Completely Broken!!

For years now I've been trying to work with bazaar explorer on my Win10, 64bit machine. Unfortunately, every time I try invoking bazaar explorer the following fatal bug occurs:

bzr: ERROR: [Error 5] C://$Recycle.Bin/S-1-5-18/*

Other such "access denied" errors occur in other directory when invoking Bazaar Explorer.

I don't recommend to initialize bzr repository at the root of your C: drive. Please, use subdirectory, e.g. in your user documents directory, like C:\Users\yourname\Documents and put your repositories there.
