can't connection to bazaar

When I try pushed code to stellarium's bazaar repo on launchpad.net then bazaar dropped connection.

He say:
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
ConnectionReset reading response for 'BzrDir.open_2.1', retrying
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
bzr: ERROR: Connection closed: Unexpected end of message. Please check connectivity and permissions, and report a bug if problems persist.

The "check connectivity and permissions" message is intended to be a hint that the problem may be with either your internet connection, or your ssh credentials. If you have retried since and it works, that implies it was the former.

Is there anything else you're having problems with, or can this be considered a solved problem?

I tried connect from different computers via different ISP's. Right now I don't have problems with connection to bazaar.
