Can't update the clamtk virus engine

I recently installed clamtk from the clamtk webpage. The program informs me that the antivirus engine is out of date. I went to help and checked for updates, and it says that the antivirus engine is reporting an outdated engine. However, it doesn't tell me how i can update the antivirus engine.
I have tried the command sudo freshclam, and that only updates signatures, so i don't know what to do at this point.
How do i update the clamtk atnvirus engine? If it involves commands please try and keep it simple, this is only my second day using ubuntu. Thanks.

Hi,

Don't panic - Ubuntu will release an updated version of ClamAV (the engine) when they are able to. ClamTk is just a GUI interface to the engine. Nothing to worry about; you will be able to update the antivirus engine (ClamAV) with other updates (such as through your Update Manager) when it is ready. Feel free to ask other questions, and welcome to Linux!
