Network breaks when running stack.sh

Has anyone met the same problem?
When I run the script stack.sh, the local network breaks out. I need to restart the network to recover the network connection. When the networks breaks, stack.sh won't find the link to download, so it leads to a failure.

memcached is unable to install with the script, I have to run "sudo apt-get install memcached" t make sure it is installed beforehand.
I have to reset the local network connection for eth0.

I was experiencing similar behavior when I first started out, the problem was with my localrc file, and the network settings of my VM. IIRC this site was handy: http://serverfault.com/questions/409216/what-is-the-correct-network-configuration-for-a-devstack-vm-virtualbox
