Improper placement with dual-monitor TwinView setup

Asked by Per Knutsen

I occasionally connect my laptop to an external monitor. I enable TwinView via NVidia X Server Settings and place the external monitor over the laptop monitor (such than when the mouse exits the top of the laptop screen it enters the bottom of the external display). Both monitors are being used.

The lower (laptop) screen is the Primary Display. When I invoke Gnome-Do it is placed on the monitor where the mouse cursor is currently at. If Do is invoked on the upper monitor, it is placed correctly at approximately half-height on the display (little bit above it seems).

However, if Do is invoked on the laptop (lower) monitor, Do appears at the bottom of the screen, rather than at the center of the screen.

It seems like a bug. Should I report it?
