How to resize the icons in Docky?

I find the icons in Docky too big for my preference, but I couldn't find any settings I can change to set it smaller. Does anyone have any ideas about this?

hover mouse over vertical separator to get double headed arrow and drag to resize. Also you can horizontally challenge docky by hovering mouse near left side of docky and resizing.
