Lubuntu and docky... Black background!

Asked by Vincenzo salvo

Hi, I've installed docky on Lubuntu 10.10
I also have installed xcompmgr as compositing manager and last Nvidia driver.
xcompmgr works correctly but there's a black rectangle around the Docky bar that covers any other windows.
If I start Docky from terminal I've got this output:

vins@StudioLubuntu:~$ docky
[Info 00:24:40.517] Docky version: 2.0.7 Release

You need a window manager with compositing support enabled. Obviously your compositor is not working properly.

My compositor is working properly (I can get transparent windows) and Docky doesn't warn me about no compositing support. I tried to install Compiz but this doesn't solve the problem...
Please try Lubuntu 10.10 and Docky to fix possible problems or give me other solutions...
Thanks a lot

Try our dev ppa branch (bzr trunk).
