Holy discspace batman, is there any way to make smaller files? 9db disc to 32 gb folder, WOW

Asked by Nunja B

HI, Great program
Thanks.
I filled my laptop and had to break out the 2tb external to save the day.
Linux Mint 15 on an ASUS u52
While working, there would be mention of read errors and padding. I used -Mvp for options, should I have done otherwise?

no rush, I accomplished my task, thanks again.

Sounds like the DVD contains duplicated VOB files.

You can probably safe disk space by replacing some of them with links. For details see:

Read errors are to be expected on such DVDs. If they cause noticeable problems you can try changing the padding strategy (-r b), otherwise you can simply ignore them.

Can you help with this problem?
