How should Evergreen 3.6 interface look?

Hi,
So I installed Evergreen 3.6.1 at 97.107.132.239 but it looks radically different to the 3.6 demo:

In my home page source code I don't see links to bootstrap and I also got deprecation warning with npm/nodejs regarding the dependencies in package.json at section 4.2 " Install Angular files for web staff client" of the install instructions e.g. issues with popper version.

I followed https://evergreen-ils.org/documentation/install/README_3_6.html and used https://evergreen-ils.org/downloads/Evergreen-ILS-3.6.1.tar.gz

I'm trying to manage my expectations. Should the template generated at https://97.107.132.239/eg/opac/home be responsive? I also don't get a Workstation field at https://97.107.132.239/eg/staff/login and get white screens when I click links.

Hi there,

The bootstrap OPAC is not the default in 3.6. You can enable it by changing /etc/apache2/eg_vhost.conf (line 697 or thereabouts),

PerlAddVar OILSWebTemplatePath "/openils/var/templates-bootstrap" #Uncomment this line to use the new bootstrap OPAC

remove the # at the beginning of that line, restart Apache and you should see the bootstrap UI.

As far as the workstation goes, you need to create one, which you should be prompted to do upon first staff client login.
