My fuel does not recognize the computing node.

Asked by DMGWEB

The first say that I am Spanish and I can not express myself well in English.

I have a problem setting up fuel in a real environment.

When I do it in VirtualBox everything works fine but when I do with physical, nova servers do not see the controller to register.

Pictures attached configuration: 92.222.15.2/fuelproblem.zip

Some idea?

Thank you so much

Hello Daniel,
I had a look to your schemes, and physical cabling seems correct. I suspect your MGMT network is not working.

Can you please paste here your astute.yaml file from all the compute and the controller nodes?
Which Fuel version? And, did you install Fuel with Neutron and, if yes, VLAN or GRE modality?

Best regards,
Fabrizio

Thank you so much for the reply.

In the end it was the switch problem , since the switch operates at 100Mbps and 1000Mbps servers so the link does not work well and networks are not visible.

Again thank you very much for the help.
