Sorry, I found c library in thepath "arm-none-eabi/lib"
Are there any licensing issue are there with these libraries(libc.a and libsupc++.a) if we used statically in closed source project?

All the licenses are covered in https://developer.arm.com/GetEula?Id=a3a15c78-7c24-4fd9-b767-c544d82b3047. You could also look at the individual license files that are shipped with the source tarball.

We could not comment on how each license applies to or affects your project - it would be something you will need to look into.

Thanks,
Tejas.
