use gedit project manager with pluma?

Asked by Boerker

Is it possible to use the gedit project manager with pluma? I understand that pluma is a fork of gedit for those who don't like the new GUI of gedit. It is available on many distributions including ubuntu which makes it an easy alternative to downgrading gedit.

I just pushed a commit to to launchpad that make it possible to use this plugin with pluma (version 1.24.0 on ubuntu 20.04).
If you want to try it follow 'Manual Installation' in the README file and copy the files to ~/.local/share/pluma/plugins/ instead of ~/.local/share/gedit/plugins/ . I didn't test everything, so there might be some bugs, but basic functionality should work.

Thanks a lot, I have just upgraded to ubuntu 20.04 and the plugin indeed seems to be functional. I will test it and report any bugs (I haven't used it yet).

Can you help with this problem?
