Given that SyncEvolution is a package in the Debian distribution, is there any move to get Genesis-Sync as a package in the Debian distribution?

I have never taken any direct steps in that direction, but I would definitely appreciate this. So if anyone wants to maintain a Genesis-Sync package in Debian, I’d be glad to help.
