Asked by Peter Wolf

Shouldn't keyring first ask me if it can give out information to the script?

Sure, the gnome keyring daemon should ask you if you want to allow access to this keyring item to the gkeyring script. You are offered choices "deny", "allow one" and "always allow". If you "always allow", then you won't be asked again. You can review this permissions or revoke them through Seahorse application.

If the keyring daemon doesn't ask you and you think it should, report a bug against gnome-keyring.
