glance developer documentation was removed

http://docs.openstack.org/developer/glance/glance.html was there a week ago and now returns a 404.
(you can still see it in Google Cache http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:yfexB7qndSMJ:docs.openstack.org/developer/glance/glance.html+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk )

Is there a new location? (I haven't been able to find it) Is this intentional? Can/should I open a bug request for this?

I've tried that link from a number of computers in the US and Europe and still get a 404.

I also get a 404. Try going here, http://docs.openstack.org/developer/glance/ maybe the links changed.

I looked around and I wasn't able to find anything as good as what was on the link I pointed to. The deleted page had a very nice overview to adding images to the glance DB with an example that had answered a few questions for me. I think it'd be good to re-add or link to some other similar documentation.

Hi Alex,
I deleted that page in response to this stale documentation bug, https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-ci/+bug/1096126. There were a few pages that had been deleted in the source but the output is not deleted with our current doc builds.

The page source was removed in this patch:
https://github.com/openstack/glance/commit/17ae9b28467ecc05df93b28faa12971b209843bd

So you could read it there, but I think it's best if you request that something like it be added to the openstack-manuals project since the audience is sys admins not Python devs.

Actually, what the doc bug should be in openstack-manuals is to add the info from that page to this page in the new CLI guide:
