GNOME Activity Journal is missing in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

Asked by Jörg Honegger

What happened to the GNOME Activity Journal in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS? It is no longer installed. Looking it up with "apt list *activity-journal*" doesn't return any hits. Was the Activity Journal abandoned?
Thanks a lot for a short explanation.
