Missing Button/Option

Asked by Chef Jeffrey

Hello. I have to say that I love this software. It has helped me beyond belief. When I first downloaded and installed, I had a button/option that I no longer have. The button was located on the left of the UI after clicking on “New Recipe”. The button, as I said, was on the left under;

Description
Ingredients
    Missing – I think it was called, “Ingredients Key”
Instructions
Notes

To the best of knowledge, I have been all over this software and I cannot find it anywhere. I don’t know if I did something wrong when I had to re-install my OS and using the same download file for this program. It was keeping me in touch with organizing my grocery lists and cabinets. Can someone please tell me how to get this feature back, please?
Thanks

P.S. - Has there been any thoughts on having the ability to post pics along with these questions?

The ingredient key section can be be enabled by activation the corresponding "Key Editor" plugin (under Settings > Plugins > Tools).

As for posting pictures here, we're reyling on the "Launchpad" platform for our Q&A forum, for which there haven't been a lot of new features introduced in the last couple of years, so I'm afraid we're out of luck here. You could, however, report issues at our GitHub page https://github.com/thinkle/gourmet/issues where it's possible to include pictures, though that page is leaning more towards the development of Gourmet and actual bugs (which the present issue isn't really).
