sounds and music ?

Latest version (the only one I have used) 0.9.1.

There is options for sound and music, yet there is nothing played; is this intentional ?

Update --- I must learn to read the other bugs first ;), sorry..

Are there any updates or work arounds? Its a great game but would be better with sound effects. I can see and here the sound files but not while the game is playing!
