WISH - delete multiple payees

I've amassed hundreds of payees.

I rarely need to enter payees manually, using the payees list as I import my data using .QIF and .OFX files.

I tried exporting the payees and editing them in a spreadsheet, then tried to import them back but that won't work.

It would be good to have some way of deleting multiple payees.

a feature exist to delete unused payee
just read the manual
