I need to install a printer. its ask ffor a URI no. How do i get the URI no.?

Hi,

i am trying to install a printer. Have got the HPLIP install now it is asking for a URI no. ? how do i get the URI no.

Hi Sunil

Try 'hp-setup' command to configure the printer.
If the problem still persist, provide us the output of 'hp-check' command and let us know the model name of the printer that you are trying to configure.

Have tried that not working.

I am usinga Ubuntu 12.04 and have the HPLIP installed. The printer i m
trying to install is a Laserjet M1136 FMP.
