I am unable to print. (usr/lib/cups/backend/hp failed) is the message I'm getting on my Print Page.

Asked by Global Impact

A sheet of paper got stuck in my printer, so I pulled it out. From then on, I am unable to print. (usr/lib/cups/backend/hp failed) is the message I'm getting on my Print Page. Absolutely NO action at all. I've turned Everything from my router, computer and printer off and on. Checked all cables. Nothing. HELP! Thank You.

Try removing the existing print queue for this printer using command 'hp-setup -r' and re-configure new print queue using command 'hp-setup'.

Let us know if the issue still remains same.
