SourceForge is Not downloading files - is there an alternative site(s)?

printer model - HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw
OS - Ubuntu 12.04
file sought - hplip-3.15.9.run

The hp sites side seems to work but once handed over to SourceForge the drivers fail to come in past about 8% (1.6 MB or so of the 22 or so...). Is there a non SourceForge location to obtain the files. This problem seems to plague the ASUS merline router firmware project which also points to SourceForge as well....

Any alternative download site or mirror is highly appreciated.

SourceForge is the only location hplip packages are uploaded.
Can you try downloading directly from http://sourceforge.net/projects/hplip/files/hplip/3.15.9/
