Hi Johnny,

Please follow the hplip rpm package installation instructions at http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/install/manual/distros/redhatenterprise.html to install the latest hplip 3.15.11 version.

To install the plugin files for the printer, run command hp-plugin in terminal.

Let me know if you are still facing the issue.

Thanks,
Goutam
