I keep trying to download Hugin unsuccessfully

I keep trying to download Hugin-2017.0-win64.msi which it says is a 40Mb program.

Instead it downloads Hugin-2017.0-win64.msi.part which is one thousandth as long as the proper file.

How can I install Hugin on Windows 10?

I tested today. Sourceforge delivers the installer (msi file) fine and in full size. So you did not download the complete file.
The culprit could be the browser, or a download manager or also a virus scanner is interfering. Delete the file and try again.

The download worked after many hours. I must have downloaded over a gigabyte with each attempt falling a few kilobytes short of the total download.
