Problems when stitching 32 scans
I'm a layman and I only use Hugin to stitch large maps I scanned with a flatbed scanner. I accurately followed the tutorial about flat scanned images and encountered no problems. However, when I tried to stitch a large map divided into 32 different scan, with overlapping areas, I had a lot of problems, especially when I tried to manually optimize the control points: Hugin never stitches in a proper way, the Fast Panorama preview looks awkward, with the scans scattered all around or completely covered by others. I would like to get a decent full map, maybe it is not easy because it is divided into many scans, but I know Hugin is a poweful tool, I probably make some mistakes.
Thanks in advance.
