Hugin Exposure issue
Hello,
I am new to stitching Software and my 1st few attempts with Hugin (2019.0.
I am using the expert Interface, and none of the following changes made any difference,
1. I tried fiddling around the Optimize, Photometric (Low DR, high DR both options), hit the calculate button and apply change, and I see no change to the (a) Preview. (b) Preview Options EV value (c) The stitch output file.
2. I tried to Anchor image for Position, tried Anchor image for Exposure & both to the image corresponding to the portion that was getting overexposed. and still no change to (a), (b) or (c). I assume Anchor exposure to the image corresponding to the the portion should equate the image portion to the image in term of exposure, but I don't see that happening.
Is my understanding wrong? or am i using the SW wrong, I am a bit let down due to this over exposure problem.
Ideally, I would love the SW to keep the exposure exactly the same the Anchored Image and stitch all other images (in terms of exposure) around this selected image, and still I would love to see very little change be made to exposure to all other images. Does the SW show how much EV change is applied to each image in Pano frame? So, then the anchor-EV image should = 0 EV change.
FYI: Source images were shot in quick succession, RAW in Full manual mode. So, I assume very little change to ambient light.
Thanks,
-Michael.
