Make the notes show up on all workspaces

How do I make the sticky notes appear on all workspaces at the same position? I'm using multiple workspaces and having the notes on only 1 of them is kinda inconvenient.

The version I'm having is 0.5.8, and I'm on Ubuntu 16.04.

There are many window type hints and each type hint comes with a different set of behaviors. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find one that is "just right" for stickynotes, but if someone makes a case for a different type hint, I will consider it.
