is there a way to transform a raster image to a vector instantly?

Hello I was just woundering if theres a way to make an image quick and easy without making point and paths by hand?

This is impossible—the information simply doesn't exist (The straight lines you see when looking at a bitmap are an illusion in your brain; the bitmap is simply a grid of squares with different colors.) The best approximation comes from using the Trace Bitmap tool found under the Path menu when a bitmap is selected.
