Change size of document

I need to change the width and dpi of an Inkscape SVG doc. Can anyone tell me how to do this? I need to have the image 24" wide with 200 dpi.

Hi,

Not sure about the dpi, I think it is not relevant for vector files, and you can choose it when you export to raster.
As for changing the size of page, It's hidden in File -> Document properties (-> Page size)
