how do i add a tag line under a logo

I need to get this done asap for a rush order. how long before I have an answer?

I do not understand the meaning of your question ... Just open the file, use the text tool and put whatever text you want wherever you want it ?

What are you trying to do specifically ?

I'm trying to add a tag line under a logo. The logo is already in a file. And I'm just trying to do the art myself instead of paying someone to do it.
Can you tell me how to use text tool??

-open your file with inkscape
-Press F8
-click anywhere in the page
-write anything
-move/arrange your text as you want
-... ?
