Inkscape

Printer will not print

A similar question (#97005) was posted on 2010-01-11 in Inkscape: A Vector Drawing Tool but not answered. There for I try it again. My OS is Win8.1. All help appreciated.

Or: could you see if this forum thread in the German inkscape forum reflects your problem: https://www.inkscape-forum.de/index.php?p=discussion/2784/absturz-inkscape-bei-druckversuch/p1 (from your name I guess you speak German).

As a temporary solution, export your drawing as pdf (does this work? Does 'print to file' work?) and print from somewhere else.
If pdf export doesn't work, export to png and print from another program.

If you want this fixed, please search the bug list for this issue and, if it is not there, file a bug report, containing details like what you tried, what happens, inkscape version, printer, printer driver and OS.
