How do I flip a spiral shape?

After I draw a spiral using the spiral tool, I would like to flip it so it spirals in the opposite direction. I cannot see this explanation in the tutorial but it is obvious from the pictures that it can be done. How can I do this?

Hi Barbara,

Use the selection tool (F1), click on the spiral and hit H or V on your keyboard to flip horizontally or vertically or use the double-arrow icons in the tool settings bar above the drawing canvas.
