Upgrade mediawiki to 1.24.1

Hi please upgrade mediawiki 1.18 to 1.24 please the difference it big and has security fixes also jquery works and javascript. It also allows when searching, search suggestions will show. it also has improvements to editing and all other things so please upgrade. mediawiki 1.8 is outdated and unsupported and full of security problems.

Hi,

thanks for the hint. I'll report this to the inkscape-web project. Not sure if we won't prefer a LTS version, though.

Hi could you also ask them to update php since they use php 5.2 and mediawiki 1.20 and higher only support php 5.3.2 or higher and mediawiki 1.25 supports php 5.3.3 or higher. and the only last supporting mediawiki release which supports 5.2 is mediawiki 1.19 which support for it stops sometime in may this year and latest lts release is mediawiki 1.23.
