Can't print on small paper from inkscape to my canon mg7120

I can't print a 4"x 6" or 5" x 7" or any other size document except 8 1/2" x 11" from Inkscape to my Canon MG7120 printer. I'm not having issues printing from other software to sizes as stated above. If I select 4" x 6" or 5" x 7" option in my Canon software it still prints on 8 1/2" x 11" paper. I can however print from Inkscape to my HP Envy 120 to any size document. Please help.

Hi Lloyd,

what is the document size you chose?
What is your Inkscape version?
Which operating system are you on?
Does it help to change the document size to the one you want to print to? (via File -> Document properties)

If not:
This sounds similar to this know bug:

It could even be that they are duplicates.
Would you add your information to the first of these two bugs, and be willing to answer developers' questions when they get to work on the bug?

As a workaround, you could try to export to pdf (Save Copy... and choose correct file name extension), and print from your pdf viewer program - I can't promise this will work, but I guess it might.
