Website file upload: 'Not enough space'

I just wanted to upload a file to the Gallery on the website, but got the response 'Not enough space to upload this file.'. The file is only 214kB...

As we've got an open bug report for the website about upload quotas (but rather about them being too large...), I've added your info there:

There is an Everyone group and it shouldn't be tied to the Everyone quota. I've fix it in the admin so please try again.
