Certificate Borders Using InkScape?

Is it possible to create certificate borders (or certificates in general) using InkScape?

You know, those neat award or diploma kind of certificates... :-)

If the answer is positive, how do I do that? Is there a tutorial that can teach me how to do that?

Well, the simplest way would be to scan an existing diploma and vectorize it :)

Alexandre, for copyright reasons I cannot use an existing diploma. Is there a way to draw my own borders using InkScape?

Well, you obviously can do that, but I'd need a sample to get an idea how exactly to do it:)
