InkScape menu font is too small

Asked by Ron Jenkins

I'm running InkScape on a Windows XP system and the menu fonts are too small to be easily read. (I'd attach a screen shot but I don't see that capability here).

I'm referring to the "File", "Edit", "View" etc menu and its pull-down menus, and the menus of any dialog boxes that the application also generates. I've checked the "inkScape Preferences" menus but found nothing there to help, and searched the web also.

The icons in the toolbars and menus are fine -- just the fonts.

Is there some setting I am missing, or a configuration file setting for this, or is there something wrong with the font on my system that InkScape chooses to use for toolbars and menus?

That looks like a bug. You should use the "Bugs" section to report it.
First use the search function and look for a similar bug. If you find a similar bug, add your information, if there isn't a similar bug create a new report.
Specify what version of inkscape are you running, in which operating system and give all the details you can to help to track the origin of the problem.

This section is intended for usage questions and not for reporting bugs.

Thanks Guillermo. I found an answer in the "Bugs" section:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/300666

Now I am up and running,
