Inkscape crashed again

I am NOT a linux guy like most of you, so when you answer, please use regular english!

Inkscape crashes almost daily on me.

Today, I opened a drawing (.svg) un-grouped some objects, made a few changes, had to leave the program to do something else, went back in and it ate 100% of my CPU & crashed.

I looked in my inkscape directory and found an extention error text file (I am attaching it to the bottom). Could the problem be with the extentions?

This drawing was entirely created in inkscape with nothing imported.

It is rather large (is that a problem) and a bunch of layers.

I keep all the layers closed except the one I'm currently editing.

I asked earlier this week how to do a backtrace log, and was confused about the answer (geek speak) but will do anything you guys recommend to figure out either what is wrong with inkscape or my drawing. But please give it to me step by step.

I'm running Win2K SP4
