Save As EPS with TIFF or PICT preview

I would like to Save As .eps format with a TIFF or PICT preview. This is because I paste the .eps file into MS Word or MS Powerpoint document, and these require TIFF or PICT preview to see on the monitor (although they print just fine on a PS printer). Any insights?

As far as I know, that's not supported at the moment.
You should file a bug report explaining why this is needed. Bug reports can be marked as "wishlist" items, so your request can be picked up later by a developer who can provide a patch correcting this limitation.
Please close this question (you sent it twice, btw) and move this issue to the bugs section.

Meanwhile you can save as high resolution PNG.
