I don't know if I'm understanding what you try to do, but If I'm not wrong it would be:

1- duplicate the text.
2- Convert the bottom text to paths, then remove its fill and apply a thick outline. Then convert the outline to curves.
3- Duplicate the top text, send it to the back and nudge it to the bottom right to form the shadow.
4- paint the text in the front of a color (white, for instance).

If you want to make the face of the font transparent and leave the outline and shadow, first merge the shadow and the stroke, then select both object (front text and merged shadow+outline) and select path > difference (CTRL+-)

expertise with the program could get it done very quickly from the
point i have it now ?

Michael:
I'm afraid this is not the place for asking if somebody can do the work for you :)
I'd head to the Inkscape forums for that. http://www.inkscapeforum.com/
Please close this question and move the thread to the forums. There you can upload your file and ask for assistance.

Good luck.
Gez.
