Hi,

can you describe what you are copying, where you are trying to paste it, and what happens when you try?

Quando eu copio e colo qualquer objeto do desenho (parte do desenho) o software fica muito lento para responder (colar).

Inkscape takes a long time to respond (slow).

No problem. Does it only take long with a specific file, or with even a new file that contains only a single rectangle that you then copy and paste?

It looks like the project (file) I'm working on is heavy. Because when I open a new file and copy and paste, a rectangle for example, it works normal.

Especially when I try to copy more than one elements like several features

Ah, that's good news.

There are a couple things one can do to speed things up. Is it possible for you to share the file?

One important thing is (in 0.92.x) to close the 'objects' dialog and the XML editor. Then to close Inkscape, then to restart Inkscape again. Those dialogs have a huge impact on performance, even when they have been closed during the current session.

This is much improved in the next version.

Other things involve cleaning the document, not displaying layers you don't need, turning off filters, reducing the number of nodes / objects , etc. - but what works best, depends on the contents of the file.

You will need to use a file hoster for sharing the file, e.g. svgur . Note that in that case, your file will be publicly available.

You can also open an account at https://inkscape.org and use the gallery there, or you can visit the chat at https://chat.inkscape.org and share your file there instead.

Can you help with this problem?

Provide an answer of your own, or ask ADILSON JOSE CORREA JUNIOR for more information if necessary.
