Can not render tex file drvmagick.dll is not found

Platform: Win10 Pro amd64 1909
InkScaple: 0.92 amd64
I have installed texlive(includes pdflatex, xelatex...), pstoedit, ghostscript. And they all already been joined in the Path environment.
When I try to generate pdf+.tex file. I found it only generated pdf file but without .tex file.
I try extension->render->latex, it occured an error like below:
drvmagick.dll is not found.
Could you help me? Thanks.

If you want to report this (at https://inkscape.org/report , please, we moved trackers , all bug reports need to be migrated to the new one), please test with the latest development version for Inkscape 1.0.

Well, I have searched the above 2 posts you mentioned in #2, #3. They didn't help me in fact.
But I have solved this problem in my pc by change the preference Language to English fron Simplified Chinese(zh).
Thanks for your help. Hope you could find the resource of this problem.

Please open a new report for this if the bug persists with Inkscape 1.0beta, else nobody will be able to work on it.

The project has left launchpad some time ago already.
