An English speaker with a Japanese OS

I want to download an English version of Inkscape but can only seem to download the Japanese version. Is there any way I can download the English version?

Trent: The file you downloaded is already translated to several languages. You need to set the right locale when you launch inkscape.
The development version (you can download a nightly build from inkscape.org if you use Windows) has a new section in the preferences that lets you choose easily the language.
Inkscape 0.47 will be released in june, and that new feature will be part of it.
