My copy of Inkscape is pixelated, I can't see work space

Asked by bigvgriz

I downloaded the new version of Inkscape from the IS Site following all instructions, it did it's thing and loaded as if it were fine.
 however when opened the program blinked a few times then I could not see a thing,the workspace is awful pixalated,almost like torn paper.
it gets better when I run the courser over it but,
that only works for a min. or two then it gets worse and crashes. I uninstalled and waited a day then reinstalled with the same results
I'm using Vista, could that be it? "PLEASE HELP.."
thank you in advance for your help;

Thank you Guillermo,
I did as you suggested and reported it as a bug,and am currently waiting to see what they have to say.
It's a real mystery to me, All my virus protection is up to date. I did nothing but what the instructions told me to do..
Anyway thanks again for your help if you can think of anything else plese let me know.
